We use Hotjar from Hotjar Ltd, Dragonara Business Centre, 5th Floor, Dragonara Road, Paceville St Julian's STJ 3141, Malta to better understand the needs of our users and to optimize what we offer on the Site. Using Hotjar's technology, we get a better understanding of our users' experiences (e.g. how much time users spend on a part of a web site, how long it takes to fill out certain fields, which links are being clicked on and the cursor behaviour etc.). This helps us to tailor our services to our users' feedback.
